How the iPhone SMS Virus works
1. The attacker only needs your phone
2. The attacker sends you hundreds of SMS messages (you only see the initial SMS message)
3. The attacker can do ANYTHING to your iPhone. They can steal your data, read your messages, and spread this virus to iPhone users in your address book.
How to patch the iPhone virus
You need to wait for Apple to release the iPhone 3.1 update. This will fix this patch! Right now it doesn't look like it has been released yet. Subscribe to the feeds or go to QuickPWN and they will tell you once it's out.
