Step 3: A processing screen will come up and it may take up to a minute to process
Step 4: You'll see a screen that says Activation Pending

I can't get mine to activate, I have my data on my new iphone and every feature is working it just says no service and activation may take some time. Should I just give it some time or do something different?
Same here. Not even a full restore seems able to activate it. And no one at O2 has the slightest clue how the phone works - they're all idiots. Grrr.
Any idea how to resolve it? All the functions work, including WiFi - but no phone signal.
